"I asked several people about local clubs and heard nothing but great recommendations for Metro HC. So I would go watch them play when I could. I liked the atmosphere - the emphasis on ball movement, the attitude of the players and coaches, and the support of the parents on the sidelines. When Lisa came to practice and was a guest player in the summer, she was welcomed and seemed to fit right in.
Since she has joined the team, she has been embraced so that you cannot tell that she is a new player. She enjoys the fact that she improves every practice and that the girls are serious about playing. I think that the fall practices helped her confidence for the post season in HS. She comes home from the intense practices looking forward to the next one. I am grateful for this opportunity."

"Both of our girls play for Metro HC. They love the program. Their hockey game has improved incredibly. They have gone from just picking up a stick for the first time, to quickly being able to compete and win at national tournaments. The coaches know how to break the game down to explain the basics and the strategies to be a winning team. They are always encouraged to be their personal best both on and off the field. We, as parents, love that the coaches seem to know when to push and when to encourage. It really does feel like the Metro family.

"Our daughter has expressed a love for field hockey since she was 8 . She has played field hockey for other clubs and Metro HC is by far the best! Coach Ralph has a knack to motivate and bring out the best in each player. Her skills continually improve and she is a stronger, smarter, and more confident player. Coach Ralph is also a great asset in helping you navigate the college recruiting process if that is the route your daughter wants to go."

"Metro Field Hockey Coaches deliver quality instruction with fast paced thoughtful drills in a competitive club setting. Our U19 daughter is a former member of top field hockey club teams in the country including WC Eagles and Nook which championed at the Qualifier and NIT. Metro has met and exceeded our high coaching expectations with less talking and more multi- person drills which simulate actual game play. We have paid for private lessons with Olympians and other high profile hockey coaches through the years, and results proved more repetitious ball on the stick drills build muscle memory which will increase an athlete's performance. Metro Coaches utilize the same techniques and achieve rewarding results while greatly impacting an athlete's confidence and skill ability in a friendly team building environment without politics. Unequivocally, Metro is a club where your athlete will learn, grow, and thrive."
